Steve joined us in 2022, with experience in several Michelin starred restaurants, from Gordon Ramsay at Claridge’s to fine dining in Malaysia. So, why Côte? Alors – Steve is classic French trained, he LOVES French food (just like us) – and fell in love with the high-quality ingredients we use here at Côte, everything from our juicy tomatoes from a family farm in Brittany to our aged Comté from Lyon. We care about our produce, and that aligns with everything he stands for.
Since joining Côte, he has worked on over 100 dishes on the menu – introducing new ingredients, new dishes, improving existing classics and more.
