When making your reservation, please ensure that you provide accurate contact information (email address and/or phone number) to allow us to provide full communications with yourself regarding your booking.
If you are running late for your reservation, please telephone the restaurant directly. If we do not hear from you, we will hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes after the reservation time.
We appreciate that sometimes you will need to cancel, but request that you please let us know as far in advance as possible. Once again you can do so by contacting the restaurant directly, or alternatively there is a cancellation link within our booking confirmation emails that will automatically cancel your reservation for you.
Further booking terms and conditions may apply to reservations during selected busy seasonal periods, including but not limited to: Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and the festive seasons during November and December. Any extra terms and conditions will be stated at the point of booking.
Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for the loss or theft of any personal belongings whilst dining with us.
Depending on availability at our restaurants, when making a booking for a large party we may require you to submit a pre-order in advance of your reservation. If this is required during the online booking process it will be denoted when you select your required time. Should you not be able to book your table online, our restaurant team will be able to assist and make you aware should a pre-order be required.
Deposits may be required for large party bookings or events, and a credit card may be required to secure your reservation.
For some reservations we will require you to secure your table with a credit card. Whilst no funds are taken at the time of reservation, should you not arrive and fail to cancel or provide less than 72 hours notice of cancellation, we withhold the right to charge £10 per person.
To enter the prize draw you must scan the QR code on your bill tray card, receipt or visit the url cote.co.uk/survey and fill out our online survey about your recent visit with us. One winner will be selected and contacted via email to claim the meal for two. Prize cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative. Reservations are subject to availability and you must have dined with us in order to complete your survey and enter.

2- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Côte Restaurants Group Ltd.
3- To enter, you must have signed up to receive the Côte email newsletter via the social post.
4- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5- Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
6- Closing date for entry will be 11:59pm on 9/02/25. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

8- The prize is as follows: £200 gift card to spend in Côte Restaurants or Côte at Home. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. One gift cards available to win.
9- Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Côte Restaurants Group Ltd by 14/02/25.
10- The winner will be notified by email. Gift cards will be issued as an e-gift card directly to the email address provided by the winner when entering the survey.
11- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions and agrees to receive the Côte email newsletter.
14- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
15- Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will be processed in line with our privacy policy which can be viewed at https://www.cote.co.uk/cote-policies/privacy-policy-cookies.
16- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

• The competition is open to entrants who are UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Côte Brasserie or Heidi, and their close relatives or anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions, which include Heidi’s booking conditions here.
• How to enter: You will need internet access to participate in this giveaway. To enter, you will need to sign up to the Côte Brasserie newsletter and play our spin to win game available at cote.co.uk/alpine. Every spin will be entered into a prize draw, with a winner selected at random.
• The prize draw will take place once entry has closed. Entrants have 48 hours to accept their prize by responding to the promoter via email.
• The giveaway will commence on 3rd January 2025 and finish 31st January 2025. All entries must be received by 11:59 pm on the day of closure. The promoter reserves the right to extend this giveaway at any point. No entry submitted after this time will be accepted unless stated otherwise.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received, automated entries, lost or corrupted entries for whatever reason.
• The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
• The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with, or indeed not connected to this competition.
• The prize is as follows: £2,000 Heidi holiday credit, which must be used on a ski holiday package including flights, accommodation, and airport transfers. If the base holiday price comes to less than £2,000, any remaining balance can be used for extras such as lift passes, ski equipment hire and ski lessons. The full amount of £2,000.00 must be spent in the transaction, no cash difference will be granted if any of the credit is unspent. The credit is flexible to allow the winner to customise their holiday to suit their desired duration, dates and preferences. If the winner’s desired holiday package and extras amount to a greater value than £2,000, the prize credit will be deducted from the total holiday cost and the balance must be paid for by the prize winner. The holiday must be booked by 20th April 2025 and all return travel completed before 25th April 2025.
• There is no alternative, cash or otherwise, to the stated prize. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-transferable. The winner must book the holiday and be one of the passengers travelling. Other passengers under 18 years are allowed to travel as long as they are travelling with the winner.
• All Heidi flight inclusive packages are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. In the event of the winner cancelling their trip once it is booked, they will not receive a refund for the £2,000 credit. Any additional amount paid on top of the £2,000 credit will be subject to Heidi’s usual booking conditions
• Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
• Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. Entries under a false name will not be accepted.
• The winner will be notified via email with details of how to claim their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, Côte Brasserie will reserve the right (but not obligation) to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
• The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be redeemed.
• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• Prize winners agree that Côte Brasserie may edit, publish and use in perpetuity throughout the world all or segments of any survey response in any and all media (including print and online) for publicity and news purposes.
