We have carefully sourced Colchester oysters to pair with our Valentine’s set menu, one of the most famous oysters in Europe. They have a unique and delicious flavour, with notes of salted butter and a hint of earthiness. Carefully farmed and harvested to ensure the best quality, our Colchester oysters are plump, silky, and rich in zinc, vitamin B12, and Omega-3s.
